Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for the Vaiz platform. This role is ideal for someone who excels in analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support product and operational goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Create detailed reports, process flows, and business models to inform decision-making.

• Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to guide strategic planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.

• Ability to document complex processes and present findings clearly.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
