Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and execution for the Vaiz brand. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, design, and crafting impactful visuals that resonate with audiences and elevate the brand's presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the creative vision and strategy for the Vaiz brand across all platforms.

• Lead a team of designers, writers, and content creators to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align creative efforts with business objectives.

• Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and deliver exceptional quality.

• Analyze audience insights and market trends to inspire innovative design concepts.

• Review and approve designs, videos, and other creative assets.

• Drive the development of a compelling brand identity and voice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

• Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.

• Excellent understanding of branding, design principles, and storytelling.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
