Frontend Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Team Lead to drive the development of an intuitive and high-performing user interface for the Vaiz platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading a team of frontend developers, delivering exceptional user experiences, and shaping the future of productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Design and implement scalable, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the Vaiz platform.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of features.

• Maintain and improve code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and frameworks to enhance frontend capabilities.

• Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve development goals.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Vaiz by providing technical insights and user-centric feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in React and React Native

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with performance optimization and accessibility best practices.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team effectively.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
