Mobile Dev Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Development Team Lead to spearhead the creation and optimization of mobile solutions for the Vaiz platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading a team of mobile developers, delivering high-quality applications, and driving innovation in the mobile space.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Design and implement scalable, user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

• Ensure the mobile apps are optimized for performance, reliability, and security.

• Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Explore and integrate the latest mobile technologies to enhance user experience.

• Provide technical leadership and direction while monitoring team performance and supporting professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in React Native and other mobile development frameworks or languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Flutter).

• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design principles, and app lifecycle management.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and mobile testing.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
