QA Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to oversee the quality assurance processes for the Vaiz platform. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering high-quality software, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring seamless user experiences through rigorous testing and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including manual and automated testing processes.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and documentation.

• Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Analyze and report on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

• Drive the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies and tools.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in QA and propose innovative solutions to enhance quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing processes and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit).

• Experience in testing web, mobile, and API-based applications.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into the development workflow.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a QA team.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
