Space Memory for AI agents and teams
Long-term memory that connects AI agents and team members in one shared context. Every decision, problem, risk, convention, and session devlog is stored with semantics inside Vaiz, linked to tasks, people, and GitHub commits, so anyone can ask what was done, why, by whom, and when. Agents like Claude Code and Cursor search it before starting work, and the team sees and curates what they learned, so context stops getting lost between sessions, people, and tools.
AI agents
AI teammates that live in your space. Chat with the agent to ask questions, create tasks, and draft plans, or summon it with @vaiz right in comments and documents. Describe what you need in plain words and AI composes boards, projects, tasks, templates, and views for you. Set up agents as routines that run on a schedule, react to new tasks and comments, or pick up work when assigned, with Suggest, Ask, and Auto modes so your team stays in control.
Task templates
Save a repeatable task setup and reuse it whenever you create a task. A template keeps the title, description, priority, status, type, custom fields, checklists, subtasks, and a default assignee, with relative dates so deadlines stay reusable. Each task created from a template is independent.
Workflows for boards
Decide which statuses a task is allowed to move between and where new tasks can start. Drag and drop, the task card, and automations follow the same rules, so work stays on the path your team agreed on. Boards without a workflow behave exactly as before.
Automations as a chain
Build an automation as a chain of a trigger, conditions, and actions on a canvas, with Yes and No branches. Convert an existing rule in one click and keep editing it there. Changes go live when you publish, and the current version keeps running until then.
GitLab integration
Connect GitLab.com or your own GitLab server in App Center. A merge request, branch, or commit that mentions a task key links to that task automatically. Automations can react when a merge request is opened, merged, or closed.
