How much do I earn per referral?
Your commission is agreed individually with every partner. Once the terms are set, the rate does not change.
How long do I get paid for a client?
For as long as the client stays with Vaiz. Commission accrues on every payment they make, with no time limit.
When is commission earned?
On the client’s actual payments, not on sign-ups. If the client does not pay, no commission is earned.
Is there a limit on what I can earn from one client?
Yes. Commission for a single referred client is capped at $10,000.
How long is a client attached to me?
Your partner code is saved in the client’s browser for 365 days. For the first 24 hours it is protected — no other partner can take it. After that your code stays active: if the client signs up within 365 days of clicking your link, the referral is yours.
What happens after those 24 hours?
Your code stays active for the whole year, but the protection no longer applies. If the client then clicks another partner’s link and subscribes, that partner gets the payout for this referral.
We both sent links to the same person. Who gets the commission?
The partner whose link was clicked last before the payment. The exception is the first 24 hours after a click: an active code cannot be replaced during that time.
How do I avoid losing a client I am working with?
Send your link when the client is ready to subscribe — that way your code is the active one at the moment of payment.
Do people I invite through the Invite button in Vaiz count?
No. Invitations sent from the Invite window are not referrals unless the person followed your partner link.
Can I refer someone who already has a Vaiz account?
No. Only new users without an existing Vaiz account can become referrals.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run once a month. Once your balance reaches $50, you receive it in the way that suits you.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not allowed and are flagged.
Where can I share my partner link?
Anywhere it makes sense — your blog, social media, newsletter or YouTube. Just keep it clean and aligned with our brand.
Do I need a big audience to join?
Not at all. You are welcome with any audience size.
