Security & session management

To ensure the highest level of account protection, we have updated our session management protocols. Changing a password, updating an email address, or enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will now automatically terminate all other active sessions across your devices.

Files & documents

• Document deletion: We have implemented full deletion functionality for documents, allowing you to keep your workspace clutter-free.
• Gallery management: You can now rename files directly within the Gallery view, removing the need to open individual file settings.

Communication

We have optimized the @mention popup to make team collaboration faster:

• Prioritized access: The "Members" tab now opens by default, ensuring immediate access to teammates.
• Reordered tabs: The navigation order has been updated (Members → Documents → Tasks → Milestones) to reflect the most common usage patterns.
• Performance: The user list now loads significantly faster due to backend optimizations.

Boards & tasks

• Quick move: A new "Move to the end" option has been added to the task card context menu in Board View, allowing you to instantly send a task to the bottom of a column.
• Board cloning: When cloning a board, all specific settings and configurations are now accurately preserved in the new copy.
