Zapier integration, user blocking, and onboarding

Integrations

We have launched the first phase of our Zapier integration, enabling you to connect Vaiz with thousands of other applications.

• New task trigger: You can now set up automations that trigger actions in other apps whenever a new task is created in Vaiz.

Account & privacy

• Account deletion: Users now have full autonomy to delete their own accounts via profile settings. This process ensures data is anonymized and all active sessions are immediately terminated.
• User blocking: We have introduced a blocking mechanism, giving users better control over their interactions and privacy within the platform.

Onboarding experience

• Seamless verification: Registering via invite links or OAuth providers (such as Google or Slack) now automatically marks emails as "Verified," simplifying the initial login process.
• Profile setup: A streamlined profile setup step is now required before entering a Space, ensuring team members have the necessary details populated from day one.
• Auto-naming: To speed up onboarding, the first Space created by a new user is now automatically assigned a name based on their profile.

Notifications

• Global announcements: A new system banner has been added to keep you informed of critical updates and maintenance windows.
• Access alerts: You will now receive notifications regarding changes to Member lists and Access Groups, improving visibility into team permissions.
