Real-time collaboration upgrade and stability fixes
We've upgraded the real-time collaboration engine, improved the password change flow in Security Settings, and fixed board synchronization issues.
Improved real-time collaboration in documents
We've upgraded the engine that powers simultaneous editing in documents, tasks, and milestones. Conflict resolution is more reliable, synchronization is faster, and reconnection after a network drop is now seamless your changes won't be lost, and you'll always see the latest state.
Bug fixes and improvements
- Better password change flow. The Change Password form in Security Settings now validates all fields at once when you click the button, with clear and immediate feedback. No more confusing partial validation.
- Board sync after reconnection. Tasks now always appear in the correct column on Kanban boards, even if they were moved by a teammate while your connection was temporarily lost.
- Archived subtasks visibility. Archived subtasks are now properly displayed in the parent task card on the board.

Over the last three releases, we've redesigned how Vaiz looks, feels, and works under the hood:
A completely new Kanban board. Cleaner, lighter, built around the work instead of the interface.
Rebuilt Personal and Security settings with modern layout and full mobile support.
Zapier integration connecting Vaiz to thousands of apps. And now an upgraded real-time collaboration engine for faster, more reliable co-editing.
Taken together, this is a different product from where we started. Version 2.0 marks that milestone.
