Team invites, settings redesign, and Zapier integration
This release adds a teammate invite step during onboarding, redesigns Personal and Security settings pages, and brings the Vaiz app to the Zapier marketplace.
Invite your team right from the start
We've added a new step to the onboarding flow: right after creating your workspace, you can now invite teammates by email. Just enter up to 9 email addresses, hit Invite and continue, and your colleagues will receive invitations with Member access to your Space, default Project, and Board.
Not ready to invite anyone yet? No problem, you can always skip this step and invite people later.
Redesigned Personal Settings
The Personal Settings page has been completely redesigned with a cleaner layout, better structure, and full mobile support. Managing your profile information is now more intuitive and visually consistent with the rest of Vaiz.
Redesigned Security Settings
Security Settings got a major overhaul. Here's what changed:
- Email management. See which emails are verified, add new ones, and resend verification links, all in one place.
- Change password. New form with clear validation and password change date tracking.
- Two-factor authentication. You can now name your authenticator app during 2FA setup instead of seeing a generic label. Recovery codes are easier to access too.
- OAuth connections. Connected providers (Google, GitHub) are now displayed clearly with connection status and dates, plus quick Disconnect actions.
- Passkeys. A dedicated section for managing your passkeys.
- Mobile-friendly. The entire page works great on mobile devices.
Zapier Integration is Live
Vaiz is now available on Zapier! Connect Vaiz to thousands of apps and automate your workflows. Create tasks from form submissions, sync data between tools, trigger notifications, and more. Search for Vaiz in Zapier to get started.
Bug fixes and improvements
This release also includes a number of stability improvements and minor bug fixes across the platform.
