Do more with multi-select

Select multiple tasks and archive them all at once, right from the multi-select toolbar. Bulk edits are now more dependable across the board: assigning several people applies everyone to every selected task, board automations fire for tasks changed in bulk just like for single edits, and large selections are processed smoothly without slowing things down.

Search results with more context

Task results in search now show the task ID along with the board and project the task belongs to, so you can tell similar tasks apart at a glance. Long task names are trimmed to a single line to keep the list easy to scan.

Bug fixes and improvements

• Assignee notifications. Assignees now receive updates about their tasks even when they are not following them.
• Security alerts. Signing in from another device with a one-time code now triggers a security notification, as it should.
• Safer file removal. The Remove block option in the editor removes the block from the document without permanently deleting the attached file.
• Various polish across search, bulk actions, notifications, and the editor.
