A redesigned Inbox and full history for custom fields

A smarter Inbox

The old Notification Center is gone. Inbox is now the single place for every notification, opening as a right-hand panel instead of a separate page, with tabs for Unread, Pinned, and Read.

You can now react to a comment, send a quick reply, or pin a notification right from its card, without opening the comment itself. Reactions stay in sync between the Inbox and the comment either way you add them.

Custom field history

Changes to custom fields (text, number, date, select, link, member, estimation, related tasks) now show up in Activities, right alongside changes to type, priority, assignee, and other built-in fields. You can filter for these events on the History page and in the Dashboard History widget, at the task, project, or space level.

Bug fixes and improvements

• Boards. Fixed an error that could occur when creating a new board.
• Smart List. Custom fields no longer show as raw IDs in the VDL input, the Name attribute suggestion now works correctly, and a flickering empty-state placeholder is gone.
• History. Board and Group filters in Personal History no longer return empty lists, resetting a Search filter no longer gets stuck on "No history," and duplicate entries in History and Activity are gone.
• Time tracking. Recent Tracked Tasks now updates reliably when you start, switch, or delete a tracking session, and the Power-ups connection panel shows the correct copy.
• Notifications. Mentioning the same person twice in one comment no longer sends duplicate notifications.
• Task view. Restoring a task from the archive at the same time as undoing its deletion no longer creates a duplicate.
• Documents. Guests can no longer leave reactions on document comments.
• Workspace. Removed a leftover empty menu from the space archive.
• Various polish across auth, tooltips, and the task sidebar.
