A rebuilt document editor

We've rebuilt the editor that powers documents, tasks, and milestones from the ground up. Real-time collaboration is smoother, with clearer indicators of who's editing what. The block library is wider, with tables, callouts, code blocks with syntax highlighting, and richer embeds, all with a more consistent look between editing and reading. Links can render as rich previews or bookmark cards, and documents support inline comments tied to a specific passage of text.

Document search now indexes what's actually inside a document, not just its title, so results are more accurate.

Bug fixes and improvements

• Dates. Fixed a timezone bug where task and milestone due dates could shift by a day depending on your timezone.
• Smart List. Some custom field values couldn't be edited directly from Smart List results; that's fixed, along with a bug where custom field edits weren't saved unless you clicked away first. You can now also group results by a text custom field.
• Task fields. Checked items in field pickers now stay pinned to the top instead of moving as you select more.
• History. Fixed an error where manually created activity entries could fail to load.
• Multiaction. Task types hidden in board settings no longer appear in the multiaction panel.
• Boards. Fixed a missing border on the selection outline for a selected task on the Card board.
• Various polish across Smart List and task fields.
