Per-space profiles and smarter task duplication

This release lets you set a different name and avatar in each space and turns Duplicate into an editable draft.

A different name and avatar in every space

Your name, nickname, and avatar can now be different in each space you belong to. Keep work and client spaces separate, and show up the way each team expects.

Duplicate a task the way you want it

Duplicate now opens an editable draft prefilled from the original task. Adjust any field before you create the copy, and choose whether to bring subtasks and dependencies along.

Bug fixes and improvements

• Highlight in eight colors. Pick from eight colors when highlighting text in documents and comments.
• Board change notifications. Followers and assignees are notified when a task is added to or removed from a board, in the app and in Slack.
• Clearer AI credits. The AI usage page now shows monthly and purchased credits separately.
• New intro card in Claude. When you connect Vaiz to Claude, a welcome card shows what you can do and helps you set up a workspace, import your data, or invite teammates.
