Less busywork, more control
Vaiz 3.101 redesigns automations, brings AI drafting to more places, and polishes boards, tasks, and onboarding.
Automations, redesigned
Automations now have their own list with search and filters, and each one opens on its own page. You can see at a glance whether an automation is running, paused, or has reached your plan's limit, and pause or resume it in one click.
Describe it, and AI drafts it
Describe a task or a template in your own words, and AI fills in the fields for you to review before anything is created. You can also dictate instead of typing, here and in every other AI composer in Vaiz.
Bug fixes and improvements
- Select tasks from the board. Choose Select in a task's menu on a board, in subtasks, or in a milestone to pick several tasks and bulk-edit them.
- Swap values in one click. Click a value to replace the current assignees, types, or milestones, or use the checkbox to add it alongside them.
- Remove a task from any board. A task on several boards can now be taken off any of them, including the one where it was created.
- Import during onboarding. The game development onboarding opens the Migration center inside it, so you can start importing without leaving setup.
- Gantt in Smart List. The Gantt view now lives in Smart List and replaces the old Gantt tab on boards.
- More control from AI assistants. Claude and other connected assistants can now rename, archive, and move projects, boards, and documents.
- Invites without extra spaces. People you invite land directly in your space, without an empty personal space of their own.
- Deactivated members. You can now remove a deactivated member from a task's assignees.
- Gamedev board generation. Generating a board at the end of the game development onboarding works again.
- Vaiz in Claude. The task list widget in Claude no longer shows a duplicate table underneath.
