Sign in with Apple

You can now sign up and sign in with Apple, on the web and through the API. It's a full OAuth flow: a "Continue with Apple" button on sign-in and sign-up screens, support for Hide My Email, and automatic linking to an existing account that shares the same email.

Urgent priority

Priority now goes one level higher. Alongside Default, Low, Medium, and High, you can mark a task Urgent, with its own icon and color, visually distinct from High in both light and dark theme. Urgent is supported everywhere priority already was: the priority picker, task cards, boards, filters, Smart List grouping, bulk actions, automations, history, and notifications, and the AI assistant can search and filter by it too.

Smarter links in descriptions and comments

Paste a link to a Vaiz task, milestone, or document into a description or comment, and it now turns into a readable anchor instead of a bare URL. Task links show as their HRID and title, milestone and document links show their name. This works in both descriptions and comments, and the anchor text is set once, at the moment you paste it, so renaming the target later won't change it. Copy the link elsewhere, like Slack, Telegram, or Google Docs, and the readable text comes with it instead of the raw URL. Links now appear in blue.

Bug fixes and improvements

• Smart List. Sorting by clicking a column header now reliably refreshes the list, subtasks no longer collapse into a flat list when grouping is turned on, and columns can now be resized and pinned. Cells are clickable, and a new list selector lets you switch between or create Smart Lists.
• Task Table. The "+N" badge for additional task types no longer wraps onto its own line when a task has four or more types.
• Documents. Fixed broken images and video in documents opened through Share by link, and added a loading skeleton while a document loads.
• Boards. Fixed drag-and-drop for reordering groupings.
• Milestones. Fixed an incorrect date range shown in the milestone table.
• Various polish across Smart List and Task Table.
