Multiaction picks up parent tasks

Vaiz 3.98 lets you change or remove the parent task across a whole selection from the multiaction toolbar, plus smarter dropdown suggestions and a Smart List crash fix.

Bulk parent task changes

The multiaction toolbar gets a Change parent button, so you can set or clear the parent task for every selected task in one action. The picker searches tasks on the current board, and a Remove parent option appears automatically when your selection includes subtasks. A toast confirms how many tasks were updated, skipped, or failed.

Bug fixes and improvements

• Task pickers. Type dropdowns (and similar pickers) now surface your three most-used options at the top, based on your own recent usage on that board.
• Smart List. Fixed a crash when grouping tasks by a Link-type custom field, along with incorrect filtering and row counts for that field.
