Work-in-progress limits are a core Kanban principle — and Vaiz makes them effortless. Set a maximum task count on any column, and the board will visually warn the team when that limit is exceeded.

Can I set WIP limits on columns?

Yes. Each column can have its own work-in-progress limit. When the limit is exceeded, the column highlights visually so the team knows to finish current work before pulling new tasks.

Are saved filters shared with the team?

Saved filters are personal — each team member can create and manage their own set of presets without affecting anyone else’s view.

Can I see subtasks directly on the board?

Yes. Subtasks appear as a checklist inside the parent card by default. You can also expand them into standalone cards that live in columns and can be dragged independently.

What views are available besides Kanban?

Every board supports four views: Kanban, List, Gantt, and Milestones. Switch between them in one click without losing any data or filters.

Can I hide columns I don’t need?

Yes. You can visually hide any column. The tasks inside it are not deleted — they’re just hidden from view until you decide to show the column again.

Is there a limit to the number of boards?

No. You can create as many boards as you need on all plans.
