How to filter tasks in Vaiz

Filters help you narrow and organize the tasks displayed on a board so you can focus on the work that matters. You can also save filters and use them again whenever you need the same task view.

Step 1. Open the board

In the top-left corner, select the space where your project is located.

If you already have saved filters, they will appear in the drop-down list. Click a filter name to apply it.

If you haven't created any filters yet, click New filter.

Step 3: Configure filter conditions

Select the conditions you want to apply. Available filter categories include:

  • Assignee — filter tasks assigned to you or selected team members.
  • Due date — show tasks with no due date, overdue tasks, tasks due tomorrow or next week, or choose a custom date.
  • Types — filter by task type.
  • Milestones — show tasks linked to selected milestones.
  • Priority — filter by priority level.
  • Relations — filter tasks based on blocking or blocked relationships.
  • Custom fields — filter by values from your custom task fields.
  • Misc — filter completed or uncompleted tasks, favorites, followed tasks, tasks you created, creator, group, or creation date.

You can combine multiple filters to narrow the results. For example, select Assigned to me under Assignee and Due tomorrow under Due date to display only your tasks that are due tomorrow.
