How to send feedback or report a bug in Vaiz

Want to share an idea, report a bug, or tell the Vaiz team what could work better? You can send feedback directly from your account menu. The form lets you describe your request and add extra context if needed.

Step 1. Open the feedback form

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.

In the menu, select Feedback.

Step 2. Choose the feedback type

In the feedback window, choose the type of message you want to send.

You can select:

• Feature request
• Bug
• Feedback

Choose Feature request to suggest an improvement, Bug to report an issue, or Feedback to share general thoughts.

Step 3. Send feedback

Add a short title and describe your feedback in the message field.

You can also attach files or take a screenshot if you want to show more context.

When your message is ready, click Send.

After the message is sent, you will see a confirmation that your feedback has been received.

Your feedback helps the Vaiz team understand what works well and what could be improved. We value the time you take to share your experience and review every message carefully.
